Original: The resolution urges restrictions on tourist visas for russian citizens. Make Moscow feel the consequences of its terror

A new resolution calls for restricting tourist visas for Russian citizens as part of a broader push to pressure Moscow over its war in Ukraine. Advocates behind the measure argue for uncompromising steps, including a full trade embargo, complete entry bans, and sweeping sanctions on Russia's military-industrial complex, framing the visa restrictions as a way to make ordinary Russians feel the consequences of the Kremlin's actions.
