Apple's little-known Pass Designer tool draws attention

Original: Apple Pass Designer

Apple maintains a Pass Designer tool on its developer site for creating and styling digital passes for Apple Wallet, such as tickets, coupons and store cards. Developers are discussing the tool, with many apparently surprised it exists as a free, relatively low-profile way to design passes without third-party services.

Why now: Developers are sharing a useful but little-known official Apple tool for building Wallet passes.
