StreetComplete launches public beta on iOS

Original: StreetComplete on iOS is now in public beta

StreetComplete, the popular open-source app for contributing map data to OpenStreetMap, has released a public beta version for iOS. Until now the app was mainly used on Android, so the arrival of an iPhone version opens field-based map editing to a new group of contributors. Users are testing the beta and reporting feedback via the project's GitHub tracker.

Why now: The open-source mapping community has long awaited an iOS version, which expands OpenStreetMap contributions to iPhone users.
