Gaza medical fundraisers circulate amid ongoing war appeals

Palestinian campaigners are appealing for donations to a medical fundraiser for people in Gaza, tagging posts with Palestine, FreePalestine and mutual aid hashtags. The appeals describe the situation as genocide and ask supporters to donate, share and amplify press coverage of the war. Similar mutual aid and fundraising requests continue to spread across social media as the conflict drags on.
Why now: The Gaza war and worsening humanitarian conditions keep driving urgent mutual aid and fundraising appeals online.
