Original: Petition creator proposes Dolly Parton Imagination Library space inside BNA
The creator of an online petition is proposing that a Dolly Parton Imagination Library space be added inside Nashville International Airport (BNA). The children's literacy program, founded by Parton, mails free books to young children, and a dedicated space in the airport would give traveling families a reading area for kids. It remains unclear whether airport officials have responded to the proposal.
Why now: The petition proposal ties local pride in Dolly Parton's literacy program to ongoing improvements at Nashville's airport.
