Canadians are observing the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, honouring survivors of the residential school system that operated for more than 160 years. Calls are circulating urging people to learn the history, read the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's 94 Calls to Action, and listen to Indigenous Survivors' testimonies as part of national reflection.
