Kyiv and its surrounding region are experiencing mass power outages following a missile attack on Ukrainian energy infrastructure, according to local reports. Monitor channels say around 10 Zircon and 6 Iskander ballistic missiles were launched at the capital, with energy facilities likely hit. Ballistic activity has since reportedly stopped, but the situation in the region remains tense and outages are ongoing.

Russian forces launched a ballistic missile strike on Kyiv and its surrounding region, with reports of more than ten missiles. Air raid updates say two more Zircon hypersonic missiles were tracked heading toward Obukhiv, south of the capital. Residents were urged to take shelter as air defenses engaged the incoming wave.
