Benjamin Cowen, a crypto analyst known for data-driven commentary, argues that Bitcoin currently looks like dubious speculation, questioning whether the asset's recent price behavior is supported by fundamentals. The claim is drawing attention from crypto followers weighing whether the market's optimism is justified or driven purely by speculative momentum.
- 2Lycoming County data center fight hinges on Pennsylvania environmental rights clause▼Pa.’s Environmental Rights Amendment is the focus of a Lycoming County data center fight
A dispute over a proposed data center in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, has become a test of the state's Environmental Rights Amendment, which guarantees residents a right to clean air, pure water and a healthy environment. Opponents are invoking the constitutional amendment to challenge the project's approval, and the case is drawing attention to how far the clause reaches in land-use decisions.

The Internet Society is highlighting how choices about internet infrastructure, such as where cables, data centers, and routing hubs are placed, rarely remain purely local matters. Decisions made in one region often affect connectivity, pricing, and resilience elsewhere, tying local networks into global economics and geopolitics.

A developer has laid out the case that a birth chart is a purely deterministic calculation: the same birth time and place always produce the same result, with no data or randomness involved. That makes the job ideal for local computation, and the argument is that a smartphone is a better astrology computer than a remote server, removing latency, cost and privacy concerns.
