Yamuna Expressway

Nine passengers were killed when a Bihar-registered sleeper bus travelling to Mahoba caught fire late Wednesday night on the Yamuna Expressway near Noida International Airport. Around 35 people were on board, and several managed to escape by jumping through windows as flames spread. The deaths have renewed concerns over bus safety standards and emergency preparedness on the busy expressway route.
