Rembrandt

Yale University's newly restored golf course, overhauled at a cost of about $30 million, is falling apart with patchy grass and dried-out greens. Alumni are angry and demanding answers about how the project could deteriorate so quickly after such a large investment. Critics liken the neglect to letting a Rembrandt decay, and questions are being raised about oversight of the renovation led by designer Gil Hanse.
