jevmem is a TypeScript tool that automatically saves decisions, constraints, bugs, and todos from your Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex chats into a JEVMEM.md file, then injects the relevant lines back into context in later sessions. Old decisions are marked superseded rather than deleted, and lines from other sources are checked before recall.
